Introductory mindfulness session

This one to two hour session provides a taste of the core principles and practices of mindfulness, details the effects of stress on the body and mind, provides an overview of the neuroscientific research underpinning these techniques, touches on the application of mindfulness techniques in the workplace and includes a short experiential activity.

The session can be delivered to small workplace teams, or larger groups, and can be customised to meet the particular needs of your organisation.
