five week course
This five week training course consists of weekly 90 minute sessions delivered in house to improve performance, stress management and workplace relationships.
This course has a particular focus on the development of sustainable mindfulness skills and explores ways to develop an ongoing regular mindfulness practice, including the application of these skills to the workplace.
Included in this training is a CD of downloadable guided audios for use at work and home, and a participant workbook detailing key theories and techniques.
The session can be delivered to small workplace teams, or larger groups, and can be tailored to meet the particular needs of your organisation.
